Good to know
Booking & payment
A 30% deposit confirms your dates; the balance is due 60 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit of €4,000 is held against the stay and released after check-out. Full terms are in our client rental terms.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to the day's schedule.
Cancellation
Free amendment up to 60 days before arrival (deposit moves to a new date within the season). Inside 60 days the deposit is non-refundable; inside 30 days the full amount applies.
Taxes & fees
Cleaning €450 per stay and a climate-resilience fee of about €10/night apply. VAT is shown at 13% as a placeholder and is confirmed on your final quote depending on the services included.

Days afloat centre on our own Nimbus T11 sport yacht — skippered charters for Mount Athos, the Blue Lagoon, Ammouliani and Diaporos islands, fishing and secluded-beach tours. The Ormos Panagias marina also has self-drive boats (no licence needed) and, from the same port, day cruises to Mount Athos. Karydi Beach at Vourvourou and the garden tastings at Domaine Porto Carras winery round out an effortless week ashore.
