Karydi (Vourvourou)
A curving ribbon of pale sand wrapping a shallow turquoise bay, fringed with pines — one of Halkidiki's most photographed beaches. Go early; it fills up by midday in summer.
Kavourotrypes / Orange Beach
A string of sculpted white-rock coves and tiny sandy inlets with glass-clear water. The most dramatic swimming on the peninsula and a favourite for cliff-jumping and snorkelling.
Talgo
The closest organised cove to the villa, tucked between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou. Cushioned loungers, calm water and an easy walk from the car.
Trani Ammouda
A long, easy sweep of sand with clear shallow water — uncrowded and good for families who want space and a gentle entry.
Armenistis
A big sandy bay backed by pine forest, anchored by the famous campsite. Deep, clean water and a lively summer buzz.
Lagomandra
A wide sandy beach on the sunset side with beach bars and watersports — the spot for an active afternoon and a drink at golden hour.
Kalogria
A long, bright crescent of sand meeting turquoise water with pines behind. Well organised and one of the most popular family beaches in Halkidiki.
Kalamitsi
Twin sheltered sandy bays at the southern point, with fine sand and rocky edges that are superb for snorkelling.
Platanitsi
A long southern beach with a diving club and full facilities — a good base for a day that mixes sand and a try-dive.
Vourvourou bay
Less a single beach than a whole island-dotted bay. Swim from the shore, then rent a small boat to reach the coves only the water can give you.
